At e-katastima.com, we aim to provide the best possible service [e-katastima.com]. Below you will find the detailed terms and conditions governing returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.
1. Defective or Incorrect Items
In the event that the product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered:
  • Replacement Costs: Shipping costs for the return of the item and the subsequent dispatch of the correct product are covered strictly and entirely by e-katastima.com [e-katastima.com].
  • Inability to Replace: If a replacement is unavailable due to stock limitations, the customer has the right to request a full refund of the entire order amount, including the initial shipping fees.
2. Returns Without Reason (30-Day Right of Withdrawal for Greece)
You have the right to return purchased products (excluding pre-orders) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery, without being required to state a reason for the return.
Conditions & Costs:
  • Customer Responsibility: In this case, the initial shipping costs as well as the return shipping fees are non-refundable and are borne exclusively by the customer.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition. The packaging must not be tampered with, torn, or opened (especially for sealed items such as movies, music, video games, and software, due to intellectual property regulations).
  • Proof of Purchase: The product must be accompanied by the original retail receipt or purchase invoice.
3. Refund Process
Refunds are completed within 14 days from the date we receive the product back at our facility and verify its condition. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase:
  • Credit/Debit Card: The money will be refunded to your card via Piraeus Bank.
  • PayPal: The refund will be credited directly to your PayPal account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) / IRIS / Bank Transfer: You will need to provide us with an IBAN account number (preferably with Piraeus Bank) along with the beneficiary's full name so we can deposit the amount.
4. How to Make a Return (Applicable within Greece)

  2. Securely pack the product along with its proof of purchase.
  3. Drop off the package at any ACS Courier branch or use a Box Now locker (depending on the method agreed upon during our communication).
5. Pre-orders - Exception to Returns
  • For all products purchased as a pre-order, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted, as these items are ordered and reserved from our suppliers specifically for you upon your explicit instruction.
  • This exception does not apply only if the pre-ordered item arrives defective or incorrect, as outlined in Section 1.
6. International Orders (Outside Greece) - Return Terms
  • Exchanges/Replacements: For all orders shipped outside Greece (international), returns for a replacement or exchange are NOT accepted. The international customer is only eligible for a refund.
  • Returns Without Reason (Withdrawal): If the return is made because the customer changed their mind, only the product value is refunded. The initial shipping costs as well as the return shipping fees are non-refundable and are borne exclusively by the customer.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: In the event that a product delivered internationally is defective or differs from what was ordered, the entire order amount is fully refunded, including all initial shipping costs.
