DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN GREECE)

1. Pickup from Box Now Locker (24/7 Automated Lockers)

Box Now is the most flexible pickup method, allowing you to collect your package at any time and day you wish.

How it works: During checkout, select the Box Now Locker that suits you best. As soon as your package arrives at the locker, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit PIN code. Enter this code on the Locker's screen to open your compartment.
Operating Hours: Lockers operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Delivery Time: 1 to 2 working days.
Cost: €2.50
Note: The Box Now method does not support traditional Cash on Delivery (COD) with cash at the locker, but you can pay electronically via the link sent to your mobile phone.

2. Delivery to your Location with ACS Courier

For delivery directly to the doorstep of your home or office.

Delivery Time: 1 to 3 working days (remote areas or islands may require 2 to 5 working days).
Shipping Cost: From €3.50 to €8.50
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: If you choose to pay with Cash on Delivery upon delivery by ACS, there is an additional fixed fee of €2.50.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE GREECE)

3. International Shipping with ELTA (Hellenic Post)

For all our customers residing outside of Greece, shipments are handled via Hellenic Post (ELTA) using Registered Mail to ensure the safety of your packages.

Delivery Time:
- European Union Countries: 5 to 10 working days.
- Non-EU Countries / International Destinations: 7 to 15 working days (delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country).
Shipping Cost: The cost is calculated automatically at Check-out based on the destination country and the total weight of the products.
Tracking Number: As soon as the package is handed over to ELTA, a tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Note: Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees that may arise in countries outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All orders for in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For pre-order products (Pre-orders), shipping takes place immediately as soon as the product is officially released and received at our facility
